We offer free ground shipping on all orders-no minimum required. This includes international and freight shipping. Ifyou choose expedited shipping at checkout, additional fees will apply.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed. If your order has already shipped, our support team can helpinitiate a return (excluding Final Sale items). For assistance, please contact customercare@maisonette.com.Because we operate as a marketplace, orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery, so changes orcancellations aren't possible once an order has been placed. Please note that items marked Final Sale are not eligiblefor return
To view tracking details, select the order in your account to open the full details page.You wll also receive an orderconfirmation email with your tracking number once your order is ready to ship.
Once your package is marked as delivered, it is considered in the customer's possession. If you re unable to locate it, werecommend checking your delivery details, around your property. and with neighbors or the mailroom in your buildingIf it's stll missing, please reach out to us at customercare@maisonette.com with your order and tracking number within7days of delivery. While well do our best to assist, we re not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery hasbeen confirmed.
Shipments under $800 are no longer duty-free in the U.S. As of August 29, 2025, most international shipments-regardless of value-may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs processing Any applicable fees are the customer'sresponsibility, and the carrier will contact you if payment is required. Please note that refusing delivery will not resultina refund.
